Text Message Terms

These terms cover the text messages Cal Wheel Technology sends to customers. We send texts from our shop numbers, (855) 691-5435 and (877) 265-7468.

How you agree to texts

• On this website: the quote form has an optional box. Tick it and you agree to receive text messages from us about your quote, your repair, and a review request after service. Leave it unticked and we will call or email you instead.
• At the shop: when you drop off your wheels, we ask whether we can text you about your job, including a review request after it is done. You can say no, and we will call you instead.

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

What we text you about

• Replies to your quote request and questions about your wheels.
• Updates on your repair, including when it is ready for pickup.
• Your payment link and receipt.
• After your repair is finished, a request to leave us a Google review, with one reminder two days later.

We do not send promotions or advertising by text.

How often

Message frequency varies with your job, usually a few messages per repair. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from that number. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (650) 649-8058.

Your privacy

We never sell or share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
